Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- Sweet chili sauce
- Soy sauce

Instructions
1. Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch, seasoning with salt and pepper.
2. Sauté the coated chicken in a hot skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
