Perfect for any occasion, these sliders pack irresistible flavor into every bite. A savory and sweet treat that’s sure to become your new favorite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the Sliders: Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions. Flatten each portion and place a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon in the center. Fold the beef around the filling and shape into small patties.
  4. Cook the Sliders: Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Cook the stuffed patties for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked through.
  5. Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half and place the cooked patties inside. If desired, brush the tops of the buns with a little extra maple syrup for added sweetness.
  6. Bake: Arrange the assembled sliders in the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  7. Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra flavor boost, you can add a layer of your favorite sauce, such as barbecue or ranch, inside the buns before adding the patties.
  • These sliders are great for meal prep—just store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
