Ingredients
Scale
- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the Sliders: Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions. Flatten each portion and place a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon in the center. Fold the beef around the filling and shape into small patties.
- Cook the Sliders: Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Cook the stuffed patties for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked through.
- Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half and place the cooked patties inside. If desired, brush the tops of the buns with a little extra maple syrup for added sweetness.
- Bake: Arrange the assembled sliders in the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
Notes
- For an extra flavor boost, you can add a layer of your favorite sauce, such as barbecue or ranch, inside the buns before adding the patties.
- These sliders are great for meal prep—just store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
