  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup gochujang for glaze
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce for glaze
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil for glaze

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan for baking the meatloaf.

2. In a large bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients. Mix the ingredients until they are just combined, being careful not to overmix.

3. Transfer the meatloaf mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Bake the meatloaf for 45 minutes.

4. While the meatloaf is baking, whisk together all the ingredients for the sweet and spicy Korean BBQ glaze in a small bowl.
