2. Next, stir in the taco seasoning and the undrained can of diced tomatoes with green chiles. Let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, until it thickens slightly. Remove the pan from the heat.

3. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the package of frozen phyllo tart shells, usually around 375°F (190°C). Arrange the tart shells on a baking sheet, ready to be filled.
