Ingredients
- Shredded rotisserie chicken
- Greek yogurt
- Grated cucumber
- Fresh dill
- Lemon juice
- Minced garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Diced red onion
Instructions
1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to mix the dressing.
3. Add chicken, cucumber, and onion to the dressing and mix until well combined.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Can substitute Greek yogurt with a dairy-free alternative.
