Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup diced onion

¼ cup diced pickles

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp mustard 
- 
1 tsp garlic powder 
- 
1 tsp onion powder 
- 
1 package egg roll wrappers 
- 
Oil for frying 
Instructions
- 
Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Add Flavor: Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Assemble Egg Rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.

Fry Egg Rolls: Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Drain & Serve: Remove the egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. 
Notes

You can freeze these egg rolls before frying them. Just place them on a baking sheet to freeze, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
