Packed with seasoned beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, pickles, and zesty condiments, they offer a fun and creative twist on your favorite burger.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup diced onion

  • ¼ cup diced pickles

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

  • Add Flavor: Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

  • Assemble Egg Rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.

  • Fry Egg Rolls: Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  • Drain & Serve: Remove the egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • You can freeze these egg rolls before frying them. Just place them on a baking sheet to freeze, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 3 months.

  • Try adding jalapeños to the beef mixture for a spicy twist!

  • Serve with ranch dressing, ketchup, or mustard for dipping.
