  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    Start by cutting your boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the Chicken:
    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Cook the Bacon:
    In a separate skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Once cooked, remove and crumble it into small pieces.
  4. Assemble the Wraps:
    Lay the flour tortillas flat. In the center of each tortilla, place a layer of shredded lettuce, followed by the buffalo chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Add the Ranch Dressing:
    Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken and bacon mixture.
  6. Wrap and Serve:
    Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
