Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese (or 4 string cheese sticks, each cut into halves)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. - Prepare the Biscuits
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers or a rolling pin. - Fill with Cheese
Place one cube of mozzarella cheese (or half of a string cheese) in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch them together to seal. - Make Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), Italian seasoning, dried parsley, and salt. Add Parmesan cheese if desired for extra flavor. - Coat the Cheese Bombs
Place the sealed biscuit dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush each generously with the garlic butter mixture. - Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked. - Serve
Serve the cheese bombs warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top before baking.
- These cheese bombs taste best fresh, but you can reheat leftovers in a microwave or oven.
- Customize the cheese by using cheddar, gouda, or your favorite meltable variety.
