    • Repeat with the remaining potatoes, seasonings, cheese, and bacon.
    • Reserve some cheese and bacon for a final topping if desired.
  4. Cook the Potatoes
    • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
    • Check occasionally to ensure they don’t overcook.
  5. Final Touch
    • In the last 20 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the reserved cheese and bacon on top.
