Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker

- Place half of the diced red potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle half of the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Add Another Layer
- Repeat with the remaining potatoes, seasonings, cheese, and bacon.
- Reserve some cheese and bacon for a final topping if desired.
- Cook the Potatoes
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
- Check occasionally to ensure they don’t overcook.
- Final Touch
- In the last 20 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the reserved cheese and bacon on top.
